I competely agree----Rockel is the most underrated pro in the IFBB
at least paco has size and great conditioning
you cant argue about paco's conditioning-he was holding little to no water-----plus he legs are f(cking huge!!!

I also agree but Paco did look way better than Markus
at least he had good size and condition even if I don't like his physique
Markus looked like an abomination and on top of that he looked like he was 6 weeks out

just goes to show that there is a corrupted system, personally ruhl is ugly, and has a crapshoot of a physique, are all of you going to be happy knowing jay has already been named the winner, and the contest is a week away............markus ruhl shouldnt even be in the olympia, his physique is horrible.

the only thing paco won was the conditioning contest
ruhl may have had weak conditioning but paco has weak chest, weak delts, nothing special arms, horrific 60 inch waist, no lats to speak of, no shape at all and the worst taper and aesthetics in all pro bbing. ruhl is a far, far superior bber and to place him behind paco due to only conditioning is stupid

I believe Markus will never be at his "prime" again, but he still has a good run or two left in him.

yes RUHL is awesome. he had superior delts, pecs, arms, lats, taper, height, calves, overall shape and taper and is supremely wide over paco, but paco beat him on conditioning, so paco wins ::)

markus has come in smooth in the past, but this one takes the cake...i would have had Markus bumped down honestly...Armin and Rockel definitely ahead of him...and i'm a Markus fan.
Ruhl needs to be bitch-slapped a bit and realized he's not gonna get any gifts for being big and soft.

but i agree about paco. that doesnt take away from the fact ruhl looked liked shit tho. even if he nails his conditioning..his back mass is down, his physqiue is lumpy and legs are smaller too (compared to his glory days late 90s - 2002/2003)

I was there with my friends included my dad and mom. And even my mom was saying there was no contest and paco was solid winner. Ruhl was even smoother than last years version.I personaly put Martin as second place finisher and Ronnie as third and Markus as fifth. Certainly his second was gift.
And Ronnie was not in his best shape.

Rockel has nice lines that people fawn over, but he looks like a little boy next to monsters like Marcus. And as long as there's hardcore bodybuilders out there, it'll always be the mass monsters dominating over the little guys who are just 'aesthetic' / boring to watch

I think you mean I write too much, and I didn't realsie your Mum gave paco the thumbs up as the best bodybuilder there on the day, Sorry, my mistake, I am sure if your Mum judges him the best, he must be. Once again, my apologies. Here is a pic of Paco looking the true winner
