The fact that you actually say this and expect people to believe you makes me sick. I keep my negative comments to a minimum, but I could not help to comment on this thread. You have a great build..but you are a f##cking liar.

It's tiresome responding to posts like yours, but here goes.  I'm 39 and have been seriously training for 19 years.  The photos I posted are after 21 weeks of dieting.  This month I have competed in (and won) two drug-tested competitions, the WNBF Pro American and NPC Mid Atlantic Natural Classic.  Both had polygraphs, and the WNBF show had urinalysis.  I've done 25 shows and never failed a test.

Obviously if I post a photo of myself I'm going to make sure I look good in it.  In my everyday life wearing work clothes people don't even know I'm a bodybuilder.

The hardest thing about natural bodybuilding is overcoming the limititions we put on ourselves.  Good luck with your bodybuilding life.

Tim.  Please check in and post some photos from your comp....  Its very impressive to be tested in 25 shows.    I think youve set new standards for muscularity and want to hear more of your diet strategys and such.

People always seem to brush aside the 22 weeks of dieting you did and say "drugs"  lololo

I would like to travel this path your on of wnbf and make some shows.

I am lifetime natty also, but people dont believe... i used to be a powerlifter so size was easy....

The TU should be a good one this year with you two and the rest of the guys coming back..I hear Jose might be in the welters again. with him and Faildo it should be competetive. And the middles/ LT Heavys will also be a show. Is Skip doing it again?

Hey you're looking good man. I'll see you at the TU. My diet and training are going very well. I think this will be my best condition ever. I'm working with IFBB Pro Jonathan Rowe on my diet so I am excited about the outcome. See you in the NYC.

Thanks to all of you for your encouraging words. I have been training really hard for this show and dieting my butt off literally ;D
I have had the pleasure of working with IFBB Pro Jonathan Rowe on my diet. He has made the whole process so much simpler.
I believe this will be my best showing to date if I dial it in right on time.

Some pics of posing practice.

Thanks man. When are you competing?

I'm not driven to compete right now, and as you most likely know if your not driven then you won't put your best foot forward. Bodybuilding competition is something you can do at any age, so maybe later..      ..or maybe not..
