What is your target comp weight?
he will keep looking at the scales and will not let himself drop below 220, if he hits 219 he will up his food.

The plan is to weigh in the day before at the classic physique limit of 205lbs for 510-511. I would like to weigh in at 212lbs which is over 511 but I am just at 511 so not sure how they will height me.

Then it is simply a question of eating carbs to fill back out or just fasting through the show to keep midsection as tight and dry as possible.  Of course as I get closer and see my weight plans could adjust.

b at my last show in August 2022 I officially weighed in at 210.4.  My competition is May 13. Would love to be 213/214 with the same conditioning.


It’s funny- I’ve seen guys at 210 that looked crazy huge. I’ve seen guys at 210 that look skinny.

I am not even allowed to leave the state and I am not cutting an ounce for no one I am trying to heal and grow if and when I can walk on stage 240 lean pounds I will do a show but I know my build I am going to look too thin anything less than that. But yes I realize it is much less competitive in the master division after 40 I jus don't want to feed the anorexia I want to feed the get big mania
