Great workout brother,and thanks!!
Thank you, dear brother! What bhanky and a few others here fail to take into consideration is that at our core, most of us understand one another. We are only human, with all that entails. His ego and what other mental problems he obviously has keeps him from being one of us, which is to say first and foremost, Men.
I recall a site someone linked here about how every man should be strong and while not every one can be world class in strength and build, it is better to strive for strength and health than to give in to ego and settle for excuses.
The friends I have made here are good men and women. It is as my mother taught me, "No man dies alone who has the memories of a lifetime with him". You guys are in my memory along with so many others from the "real world". When I breathe my last (and hopefully don't come back
again), I will do my best to keep my family and friends within my soul on that final journey.
It must be that bhanky doesn't want to understand.
