This is a new year. Time to make your resolutions and work on being more positive, getting back into shape,
Are you sayi'n we will see a Ron with abs before the year is over?

Ah no.. i am not a bodybuilder, nor work out like crazy. My goal is to get in shape, meaning that I want to get down to about 220 eventually from my high of 265. Right now, I am at 245, so working on it. And increase resistance to gain some muscle. On my own schedule.

Didn't Dave Bourlet [Jay's friend from Max Muscle] look similar to Ron until he ran a lot of gear and now he looks jacked? Is Ron unwilling to run gear?

I have never competed, nor am I a bodybuilder. I was in shape once, having backpacked down to the Grand Canyon river, stayed the night, and then back up with a 70 pound backpack on me. Same with Yosemite, and also Kings Canyon parks above the tree line. Those were the younger days, before the realm of working a lot and kids.

Try the Nintendo Wii Fit for cardio Ron.
Especially if you have somebody to compete against.
