I'm always trying to think of a way to tolerate more eggs.
I'm thinking of making some boiled eggs soaked in homemade buffalo sauce, with some garlic.
Any good? ???

1/2 cup Tabasco, 1/4 cup Sriracha, 1/8 Cup Olive Oil, Fresh Ground Pepper, Garlic Powder, Salt

I made chicken fried steak yesterday, fried in pure, healthy ass pork lard.
I'm literally healthy as fuck. I try to cook everything just like my grandmother always did. Her and my grandfather lived into their 90s in good health.
You know, animal fat is extremely healthy. It's the sugars and starch that fuck up our hearts.

I use Hodgson Mill Rice Flour (Gluten Free).
Hammer out round steak really thin, dip it in egg/milk, bread it in flour and fry it. 8)

Actually, you'd probably have better results dredging in flour first, then egg, then flour again and let it sit for a few minutes before frying. Forget the breading.

Ever hear of a scottish egg? Boil an egg until it is half hard, just hard enough to peel. Then dredge in panko bread crumbs and deep fry. So fucking good.
