I remember when they were promoting this guy BIG TIME in the late 90's in Flex and M&F as having the BEST and most freakiest triceps of all time! Wow, people back then actually believed that shit.

I remember bro, lol, think it was just when I used to view getbig, was some funny stuff. Grundy is a funny guy, he was the last person I thought would have turned out a fighter, he was pretty quiet around the old city gym back in the day, but saying that besides the majority gay clientele you had quite a few hard heads in that gym, quite a few who have been murdered since or are doing life, better to go to Venice to showboat than to do it there late 90s.

He also is in to mma fighting. Trains a lot .The rest of his time he spends with his daughter. He is a really good dad. Im happy for Guy.

To be fair if earnie Taylor when questioned about the weigh he used in this picture for tricep extensions said yes the weights were real which is clearly a lie... Why couldn't he lie about his triceps which by the way I have no opinion on what is or isn't in there

I was the guy who broke the story and introduced the bodybuilding world to synthol (reluctantly I say that today). But I was the one Chris Clark contacted and we did the first interview and broke this story to everyone in the Newsletter Hardcore Muscle. As far as Ernie Taylor, thats not Synthol...and anyone who wants to argue that might want to look at the timeline of Synthol and Ernies competitive career and when his triceps FIRST appeared like that. That is DECA and more DECA put into his triceps (and anyone close to Ernie or Ernie himself probably will back that up)....a huge amount of scar tissue accumulated from putting everything he was taking into his triceps repeatedly. Some people keloid some people dont, some people generate a tremendous amount of scar tissue from so much pinning.... like Ernie Taylor did. Everything was thrown into his triceps early on.
