Pretty sure he posted those on here too, he has an account on here with like 8-9 posts lolol. Rich is an interesting conundrum that's for sure, there's times where I think he's a good guy deep down and genuinely semi intelligent and then there's times where I can't believe the shit he comes up with and the things he does. Sometimes the mental illness really shines through and it's just too much. But overall seems like a guy with a lot of real life real world experience with a California/Hollywood/show biz/bodybuilding twist. Seems like he's been there and done that in a lot of different contexts. Bet he has a lot of great and interesting memories and stories and not just about bodybuilds,,,,
