How to develop thick pecs or freaky bodyparts

one must not listen to old gays like time wascocks eating cans of tuna loaded with mercury and starve from no carbs  ;D

u can eat your carbs everyday just make sure your number of fat intake is higher from nut and seed sources and sour cream on burritos

the thing is you dont even have to be consistent i just started back doing pushups and eating like a true falcon with plenty of beer


fools like timely westcocks beleive u cant stimulate the muscles with pushups and 40 pound dumbell squats, its sad many beleive this

You're wasting your time if you're using enough weight that you can do more than 10 reps with.

Eat a shit load of food.

Lift heavy with good form.

You'll get big.

lol, dude spent 3 years going backwards....I know people that have spent years in the gym making no progress...but it really takes a true master to reverse progress.

next week he will start a thread on the muscle power of processed and filtered breast milk from "male" Gorillas coupled with 1 gallon of olive oil, and ofcourse dark green vegatables

That's why you get that good feeling when training legs and doing pushups. It's the high reps.

yes and its the overall workload you bare, its all about x pounds of stimulation a day = x muscle mass = only attainabe through massive eating and training

Also JF, what do you think about Chipotle Chicken Tacos for building freaky body parts?

just sub out the chicken for a mixture of lentils/beans/peas always use plenty of sourcream and some tomatos

another rule to follow is say you dont have much time for chest today so just do 3-5 sets to failure but do that everyday along working other bodyparts with mediocre amounts of sets, then you really see  your body change

its very possible to just do full body everyday just fine a comfortable routine with your favorite lifts
