the whey protein is on point-- now this is what it "says" on the slimfast highprotein..

calories 190  Fat Cal45
Saturated fat 2g
Polyunsaturated Fat 1g
Monounsaturated Fat 2g
Cholesterol 10mg
Sodium 220
Potassium600mg
Total Carbohydrate 24g
Dietary Fiber 5g
Sugars 13g
Protein 15g

so is that really a bad mrp, or drink with a turkey sandwhich?

too much sodium (you will hold more water than a hippo)
too much sugar
not enough protein

Plus, the nutritional information on the whey isolate is for 1 scoop mixed with 8-16oz of water...therefore you can double the scoops (with 16 oz of water) and get more protein, but still have less sugar, sodium and carbs than the 11oz of pre-mixed SlimFast.    ;)

He was tanning prior to the show, then got spray tanned two days before and then we put on 2 coats of pro-tan the day before and then another 2-3 coats the morning of.

And no, I haven't been running the bleachers STella, come and kick my ass.  The stadium isn't really by me so I don't go.  I run stairs at work and at home.  I have to do something different than bleachers.  Any suggestions?  btw...i luv u   ;D

I may come kick your ass at some point! >:(

The stadium I use isn't really by me either but I drive there.  Is yours really far from you?

OK,  I'll PM you later w/some stuff.

BTW luv you 2 :-*
