He hasn't done any cardio since prior to the show.  His eating...he doesn't stop.  He is always saying he's hungry, but he hasn't hit any junk food.  Any snacks would include fruit, sugar free jello or sugar free popsicles.

He hasn't been taking the fat burners either.  He is giving his body a break.  We are going to be starting back up the cardio very soon.   ;)

i got to weigh myself tonite at the gym..................... .im guessing somewhere in the 225 range
