time to resurrect this thread............im approximately 10 months out for the WEST PALM BEACH
weighing a slim 225 lbs,going to start now,kick it up a few notches ,get my weight up (quality muscle),
come in bigger and better than last year!
ill start taking progress pics if you guys are interested,diet/food logs
supplements etc (it put quite a strain on Laura and my relationship,i don't think she is too happy to be going thru all this again)
im squatting every leg workout to bring up my quads,going back to heavy basic movements
once again................... ...........it's on!

Ps: How about making a "Return to competition" thread like you were talking about Mike, where you keep track of both the bulking and dieting for your next competition. Think about it, this thread gave you some great exposure, and the next one will make you even more known, as it will go for a longer period of time.
