Hey guys (Cheri & Mike), just checking in....Cheri, looking really good! Keep doing what you do best. Just bought a place in Sturbridge, weather has been great, 50-60 but I know I am in for it...

Be well...

mike looks good for someone his age, for someone on gear, however, he looks like shit.  hopefully you're only on an HRT dose now, mike.  otherwise, i'd strongly consider ceasing your usage, it's really not worth it to look the way you do.  just a thought.  cheers.

get off your high horse moron, you looked like an over-dieted lifetime natural at your show.  YOU LOOK GOOD FOR A MIDDLEAGED GUY, there, a compliment.  but for someone on the sauce your physique is a joke.  learn to take a little criticism

DL what you offered was not criticism it was insult.  Saying "well for "someone on gear" i placed third in a open heavyweight class so yea i look like shit (the judges must have been blind huh?)" is far from criticism.  If you girlfriend or boyfriend (which ever you have  ;)) said "honey you suck in bed, where did you learn how to fuck?" as critism or an insult?

And what concerns me is everyone comments and lack of education regarding gear.  You all think if someone dabbles in it ... they should look like Ronnie Coleman or something.  Do you have any clue how much gear it takes to look like that?  How much has to be used "daily" to look like that.  Or how much it costs to buy gear to look like that?  If you think someone who dabbles in it or is taking far less in quantity than what the pros take should look like a pro (how many giant 6'2" bodybuilders who don't use mass amounts of gear daily do you know?) ... you my friend are dilusional.

Gary Busey is god. You need to accept him into your life. Change your name to Gary Lane, and your journy has started.
