So what you're saying is that I'm lying.  That you know more about me, than I do.

knny, I don't want you to do anything.  I don't want you to b.s. me, I don't want you to point anything out for me or give me a "false sense of honesty".  All you did in your last two posts is insult me and I don't appreciate it, especially from you  >:(.  So now you ... can just leave me alone.

insult you?

is that what you call constructive criticism?

No wonder you have a problem taking advice

If I didn't like you....I wouldn't have even bother to open my yap.  There's alot of people on here that I wouldn't take two seconds to even make a comment because i could care two shits (unless I was bored).

I just have received a few pm's asking me if they are seeing the same thing I am.....I checked out your photo's & have to agree...thats all.

& btw.....you would be shocked of the people who actually pm me.  They are afraid to be candid because of retaliation.  I just simple "say it" & hopefully you understand I'm being honest....not hurtful.

guess not

Cheri is pretty & curvy......but here in california....do you know how many over 40 women that walk around 10 times leaner & harder that don't even compete?

Mike, I'm not trying to be a dick but you need some serious work on your calves. All in all though your "tranformation" has been excellent. Keep up the good work.

What up big Mike?

It's great to see that you haven't let your conditioning go to the shitter!  IMO you can put on good quality mass now after loosing all your baby fat without putting the fat back on!  You never stop amazing me!  Great job bro and good luck this year!!! ;)

looking good mike !!

hey mike, a huge fucker at my gym told me that the best way to make your calves grow is to do your calf exercises without your shoes.
well it sounds stupid but I tried it and I had a butal pump and I have been sore for 5 days now  :o ( my calf has never been sore before.. EVER )

give it a try  ;)

Arvilla try the free weight squats. It will help you develop some legs. Also the bench press is your friend.

I thought he was doing squats?

Mike - looking great.  I am amazed at how you've managed to stay lean so long after your show.  How have you been doing this?

You should make a monumental effort to bring up your weaknesses, so that you can show a dramatic improvement for the next show.  I would completly back off training your strong areas and completly demolish your legs/calves...

240 already gave you this same advice a year ago when preparing for your show.
