You look good Mike....good luck in your next show...but that is the worst Superman Tat I have ever seen.

No offense.It takes away from the look of your arm and delt in my opinion.

I hit em almost everyday (i believe calves and abs can't be overtrained)

standing/seated lifts /5 sets 15-20 reps with heavy weight

I think it is pretty cool that our contest is the same day

I now have a striated ass !!!!!!!

now I only need to get my upper-body as lean as my lower ( well I still have some fat on my lower body too, I just have a very muscular ass

you have a lot more muscle than me and I am dieting since march 1st

maybe I'll take some pics soon

I was 196 this morning

I think I'll end up 180 lbs if I want to be really really shredded
