Mine are a bit a problem as well and i'm hoping to bring em up.

I  hit em almost everyday (i believe calves and abs can't be overtrained)

standing/seated lifts /5 sets 15-20 reps with heavy weight

I was 196 this morning  :-X
I think I'll end up 180 lbs if I want to be really really shredded
