This is a great performance with some stellar harmony singing.  I believe there are better examples of 2 man harmony.  A top shelf example of so called 'blood harmony' is the Louvin Brothers; and American treasure and one of the finest examples of harmony singing you'll ever hear.  Some people dispel the theory of 'blood harmony', but it goes without saying that 2 people of the same gene pool could have very similar vocal properties.  If exploited properly, this can result in harmony singing that melts together.  The song is kinda gay because of the era, but it was ahead of it's time, and a great example of 2 voices coming together as one. (no homo)
