Cheri Brownlee: Executive Producer: Cheri Brownlee brings over 25 years of production experience to her company. Before creating Cheri Sundae, her credits included producing prime-time specials for NBC’s 75th anniversary and serving as Co-Executive Producer of Paramount’s Hard Copy and its breakout hit, Real TV. She was also a founding member of the team that launched one of television’s most enduring franchises–Entertainment Tonight. Her company has produced successful series for Discovery, Animal Planet, History, TLC, FitTV, Science Channel, and Spike TV.
John Johnston: Co-Executive Producer: Emmy award winning John Johnston brings numerous awards and more than 25 years of television experience to Cheri Sundae Productions. Before joining CSP, Johnston last served as the senior supervising producer for the entertainment television news program, Extra. Johnston spent 8 years as a correspondent traveling the globe for A Current Affair and then moved on to help shape and launch Real TV for Paramount Domestic Television. John has also served as executive producer of Fox Sports 54321 and many other sports-related shows. He was co-executive producer of Shockwave, one of the highest-rated series on The History Channel.
Chris Lehman: Senior Vice President of Development: Prior to running development for CSP, Chris Lehman worked as a producer and director for many documentary projects and reality shows including the Emmy nominated 30 Days for F/X. He has also worked on series for ABC, CBS, Discovery, History, MTV, Spike, Animal Planet as well as other major networks.
Richard Wortman: Vice President of Development: Richard Wortman is a veteran producer with over twenty years experience in reality, documentary, news and entertainment production. He was a journalist and executive at the television division of Reuters news agency for over ten years where his positions included Los Angeles Bureau Chief and Manager, Program Development and Production. Wortman was a senior producer at Real TV and has helped develop and produce a wide range or reality and documentary programs for the major U.S. television cable networks including History, Animal Planet, National Geographic, Spike, Discovery Channel, Court TV, TLC, and Travel Channel.
Steve Ligerman: Senior Producer: Steve Ligerman spent four years as the Executive In Charge Of Production for Entertainment Tonight where he was responsible for overall budgeting and production. Steve was Coordinating Producer for the daily syndicated entertainment show Access Hollywood and was Supervising Producer at Cheri Sundae Productions for the Spike TV series Disorderly Conduct. He was Senior Producer at CSP for the History series, Shockwave, and now oversees all production for CSP.
Vicki Johnson: Co-Executive Producer – Untamed & Uncut: Vicki Johnson is the co-executive producer of Animal Planet’s hit show Untamed and Uncut, an Emmy and Telly award winning journalist with over 15 years of television experience. She began her career as a reporter and producer at WFOR in Miami. Within a year she was off and running in Los Angeles, producing and writing Real TV, World’s Most Amazing Videos, Who Wants to Be a Millionaire, I’m Still Alive, and the TV Guide Awards for the legendary Dick Clark. After landing at FOX Sports Net, she helped launch the clip show You Gotta See This, one of the highest rated shows on the network. She also produced 54321, Totally NASCAR, and The Sport’s List for FSN. That knowledge of sports and a passion for auto racing led Vicki to SPEED Channel where she co-hosted and produced NASCAR Nation, Infield Hot Pass, NASCAR RaceDay, and NASCAR Live.
