I stood next to that over 60 guy and he looked great would he have beaten me? I don't think so same with the other guy he is a lot smaller bur whatever everyone is entitled to their opinion.

Optimistically it should take a year after a pec repair at my age to come back to full training. I am hoping to do a show a year later. That would require a lot of training just like coming back from the hernia. So yeah will see what Dr says next week. I told you guys many times it depends what the Dr says. But that would be my best case optimistic scenario worst case we are not ready by March and looking further out into 2025. But I think I can pull it together by then.
