Well it's articles like that which create a wrong image about what is natural achievable.
I don't want to rule out that someone could look like that natural if he has great genetics but this would be an exception. I don't think that i could have ever looked like that natural... and btw. I somehow doubt that the guy on the pic is natural either

Well, I used to take out full page adverts in Natural BB and Fitness...Steve Downs editor.

He told me they ONLY use advertisers that feature natural athletes.

Take a look in it now...just like Flex or any other mag.

Talk about being misleading...and a lot of young guys pick that mag up and believe those are natties in there.

mon of steele-you have the same size as this guy if not more, hyptothecialy if you dieted down nearly all the way and filled out nicely on the right type ' of calorie source you would be quite comparable. dont give up yet

 Not commenting on this guy specifically, but physiques like that can be attained naturally. Even for the guy in the pic, he looks like an athlete, maybe a cornerback or some pro athlete... and remember, BEING FIT AND IN SHAPE IS THEIR JOB... THEY GET MILLIONS $$$ FOR THEIR ATHLETIC SCALE... trust me, you give anymore a million $ they'll get their ass on the treadmill as if it was a 9-5 job... so for a professional athelete its easily acheived... again, think of it as a 9-5 job... if he does 3-4 hours of cardio, tons of protein for even 2-3 weeks, he'll be in that condition...

and he's not BIG by any means, so no suspicion of substances.... but for the average joe which has a 9-5 job to be in that condition, one might suspect illeagal substances...

Define natural? Not that guy in the magazine cover anyway, but fact is that there is different definitions about it, and some of them are quite interesting. For example, if you has been using all kind of drugs at the past years, and then take a one year off from juicing, you will be able to compete as an natural bb:er in IFBB competition.
