the general reason is that Mexico is a lot cheaper to get plastic procedures done. seeing as how most trannies are escorts they get boob jobs for 2 grand and entire FFS (facial feminization) for 4-5k in Mexico. Similar stuff would cost 20k in Canada and beyond. There are people that do the silicone injections in Canada and all over the states, but there's very few that do it well. I've also seen the silicone travel to different places on their bodies when it gets rejected. Trust me bro. She pumped it with silicone to the gods.

I live a few hours from the sex change capital of America in Trinidad Colorado.  It's a small town, but it's like walking into a twilight zone movie.  So many trannies per capita it's unreal.

Craig won’t ever make training vids. He’s embarrassingly weak for his size. Plus he can’t edit the vids to make himself look bigger like he can in pics.
