Ben Wallace is listed at 6'9" 240lbs, they are approximately the same height. Yet Wallace looks bigger and leaner than James. And James is supposedly 20 lbs heavier. ::) Those stories get told over and over by different people and the details always get changed every time someone tells it. Next month they'll be saying that he is 290lbs and 0.000% bodyfat, the amazingly low bodyfat level was measured at Gold's Gym venice by Jim Quinn.

I think his stats were 320 at 4% bf according to the morons on ESPN ::)

Lebron James looks to be around 240@10%  which is pretty damn good, but 260@4%  no fucking way. 4% is dexter jacskon shredded. No one on the PLANET walks around at 4%

Consider how much Labron plays min. per game to be at such a low bodyfat would really take a toll on him getting deyhdrated i would say about 245 9-12% i really can not picture ball players running around all day with low bodyfats they would be dropping like flies on the court
