Title: Are there any proven ways to build body muscles?
Post by: Eddie on December 04, 2008, 02:06:16 AM
It is so irritating to wait for a long time to build up your body muscles. I have really tried a lot and even very hard but have been unsuccessful to build my muscles. Please tell me, are there any proven ways to develop body muscles? Please reply I am waiting for your replies.

I can understand you; it really becomes irritable not to get the perfect body build up even after doing a lot of work out for it. Few months ago I also had the same issue, but later on I got an online service that was good enough to help me get better results for my muscles. Building Muscle Formula  (http://www.buildingmuscleformula.com/) offered proven ways to get a good body built up in less days comparatively to the previous exertion. You can try it for further help.

For too long I have been focusing too much on the details.  Getting the perfect split, the perfect number of sets and reps for each individual muscle.  That's were I was wrong, this product taught me how to really fucking grow.  Forget everything you thought you knew.  Below is my new routine and let me tell you, I have been making gains like never before and remarkably I've even been putting forth less exertion than previously.

Mon: Body muscle-w/u, 20x135, 10x 225, 8x275, 6x315, dropset
       Abs-3 sets
       Cardio-30 min
Tues-Sun: repeat mondays routine

The key is to maintain perfect form! And think about the big picture.

Funny how he didn't think any of us jaded old-timers would catch that shit.

Two first-time posts. Same guy posing as two, to try and sell something. How many of us had it spotted in less than 5 seconds?

Didn't even bother clicky on the B.S. link.

How many other sites did he join and try this sketchy shiz on?

You need to:

eat about 5000 cals bro, eat big to get big

eat almost no proteins, amino acids are useless and get wasted after nucleo neo-genesis on you kidneym avoid eating more than 20 grams of proteins

eat a lot of carbs, carbs are energy, you need energy to grow and lift

fats are almost useless, eat about 30 grams of fat just for basic physiological processes, more than that will be stored as fat directly due to the rapid denovo lipogenesis processes in your colon

go to the gym 6 times a week bro and split it up on 6 different days.

Its Cutler's 2007 Olympia diet, I read it in a post he himself posted on MD, though you should deffo lower the carbs a bit pre competition/summer and up the proteins to maybe 50 grams a day, but only from chicken breasts and egg whites, those are the only proteins that the body metabolizes into muscles without it getting wasted.

As I am currently dieting I would like to get a reliable, accurate, rather large, responsive high-quality kitchen scale to weigh all my food.
The one I currently own does not tick any of those boxes :)
