hmmm good point.. i cant remember spinning 405 like that....
but then again it might be down to the bench supports....
what you say makes sense though... but i wouldnt doubt his press based on that...
it would be pitiful to stage a vid like that

not only the 405 but he does the same thing 605, no way on earth can you twist 605 in your hands like that, some of those plates are fake.

this video is fake, watch how easily he twists the bar while its still on the rack with the 605, a bar with that much weight would never be able to roll that easily in his hands.
Are you sure?... sounds like you're right, never paid attention but will be slapping 4 plates on bench today, I will try to move it like that guy did and see if this is true,

i think it depends on the bench supports..... ..i never tried to spin the wight so i wouldnt doubt the lift based on that

my guess is that the "605" is really 405 and the 405 for 15 reps is 225, still a strong guy.

i know his backround but the 600 was years before this clip, the video isnt real i gaurantee it, next time youre in the gym load 6 plates on each side, lay down and try to twist the bar in your hands while its on the supports.

good work....
it may be the bar some bars the bearings that allow the bar or the weights to spin are very loose while some are standard... good to see its proven he lifted the weight legitimately

will find out on the way to gym, plus there was absolutely no sway on the bar, totally still, straight as an arrow, and who the hell put stopper at the end of the bar nowadays.

What are you kidding, 600 at a powerlifting meet with the bench shirts now is nothing compared to that video, the way he did 600 there would equal 800 easy if not more fully suited with bench shirt and accessories

exactly, t shirt, one spotter, bar doesnt bend, no belt, no excessive psych up, wide ass grip with elbows flared, bar rolling in his hands, too many things dont add up.

we have a bar in the gim that has extra spin in the bearings... if he had that bar loaded up it would spin like that....
but it would be pitiful if he used fake weights
id give him the benefit of the doubt

There was no psych up, that, not everyone does it loud but everyone psych up wether  you freak out or a silent prayer

Yes he does have a legit 600 lift. However, in his 605 for 2 video, he uses just one spotter and the first rep goes up so easy that he could have probably gotten  4 reps total. Which we all know isn't happening. ;) Oats is right about that video.

315 for 15= at least a 485-505 possibly even more one rep max.

Liar Meso "Natural" Morphshit Horseshit would be the in the top 5, no top 3 Drug Free Raw lifters in the World at his body weight.

Horseshit i can do 12 reps and barely get 400lbs

On a good day I can do 264x20 on bench. 220x30ish

I am doing a super long training routine that will take about 6-8 months - At the end hoping to hit 330ish for 10 (or more) reps.

Steroid users often like to pretend that working out is more complicated than it really is in order to try to convince themselves and others that it's not the drugs making the difference.

theres the truth right there BINGO
