MJ how do i know if i need to see a chiropractor or massage therapist? i dead lifted on sat and since then my lower back has been irritated, i cant tell if its a muscle thing or disk thing. i think i feel pressure though and its fairly constant, difficult to bend down a little but i still can, although its very stiff. its more of an irritance and uncomfortability thing.
if i do go to a chiro, it will be around my 7th different one. i have one recomendation from a friend and the guy sounds good, helped a lot of people from the gym. has a contraption that you lay down on and straps you in and it pulls your body length wise cracking your back. hows that sound? what do you recommend?
