drop set to 6x225
drop set to 10 x 180
drop set to 10 x 135
drop set to 10 x 45
drop set to 20 reps with no weight
it burned like fuck !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
after that 4 sets of hack squat, then 4 sets of leg extension, then 4 sets of leg curl, then for 4 sets of seating leg curls, then 4 sets of stiff-leg deadlift
