Kidney gfr is low but for your age most likely normal. Id ask for a cycstatin c test to find out if your kidney is actually damaged or you have ckd as fron your gfr youre in start of ckd but you hold alot of lean mass so going off gfr for you is pointless. I only know about renal stuff really.
