aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahah hahahhahaha man thats the dumbest shit i've ever heard. i used to like you candidate, but today you woke up on the stupid side of the bed. as long as you eat under the ammount of cals that yoru body uses in a day, you'll lose weight. Its as basic as that. You see, even if you sit on your ass doin nothing, your body needs energy to do shit..yknow..like breathing...pumping blood...the list goes on for pages. Anyways i've never been a fan of cardio, and while one week i did do cardio in the am wtih only a protein shake in me and it worked great, i really dont like cardio. I've lost tones of weight from just eating clean. And believe me, other than goin to the gym and driving to college, i spend my day in front of the tv, even when the gf coems over:P i say "bitch watch soem tv"

yes! you WILL lose weight if you eat less calories than your body uses during a day. its called a caloric deficit!
see, what happens is that thorughout the day your body is constantly burning calories. and thorughout the day you are constantly feeding your body calories to use as energy. in a caloric deficit, you give your body calories, in smaller amounts than it needs to operate. so before every time you eat, there are small periods of time where there are no calories present in your system...you are "starved", and for these small periods of time that occur thoruhgout the day, your body uses body fat to perform any bodily functions or muscular movements that it is asked to do. so, several times a day, for short periods of time, you are perfomring "starved cardiO' IN ORDER TO BURN FAT.
THERE IS NO OTHER WAY TO BURN FAT OTHER THAN TO DO STARVED CARDIO.
