Best Supplement Stack For A Beginner. Please Suggest
« on: February 16, 2023, 01:28:16 AM »
Hi guys,

I am 42 years old. 6 feet tall and 190 lbs.

I have been weight training regularly for 3-4 months now and just taking food and no other supplements.

My diet is largely vegetarian hence I feel the need for some added protein.

Please suggest a supplement stack as in how do I stack up whey protein and creatine.

Any suggestions will be appreciated.

Cheers.

Just use Creatine Monohydrate.

I would use 5g's twice a day mixed with Grape juice.

All other supplements are garbage.

Eat a bunch of eggs.

As a vegetarian it's going to be really hard to gain muscle.

Protein powder twice a day is plenty.

Along with your supplements, also try to combine foods to create a complete protein in your vegetarian diet. Animal proteins often have a complete amino acid profile, but vegetarians have to plan a bit more. Brown rice and peas for example makes a complete protein, as pea is high in lysine but low in cysteine and methionine while brown rice is the opposite, low in lysine but high in the other two. Together they complete the amino acid profile. Another vegetarian combination for a complete protein is corn and black beans.  There are many other combinations for vegetarians. It's not as good as an animal protein source but it's worth learning the various combinations to make a complete protein in your normal vegetarian diet.

You should try Brown rice, oats for protein and also Creatine supplements as it’s an amino acid like supplement that gives energy and is good for fitness.
