Looks like you hit your delts from "all angles" and "mixed it up" to "confuse the muscle".
I'm more worried about finishing my swing then my delts.

You can lift heavy shit, focus on mobility and have it all.All you have to do is sacrifice a bunch of the exercises that are useless anyway.If calvin changed is workout to 3 x 8-12 standing barbell presses and a few laterals he'd look exactly the same.

We don't have a box low enough for me to get below 90 so I use a bench to hit depth.
