i like close grip, but i like to do em on the smith-i love skulls but they mess w/ my elbows to much
for legs i love weighted walking lunges, wall sits,box squats, and romanian deads w/ dumbells...what about u?

Actually feels pretty good, went to 155 for a single on straight bar curls last week. My shoulder is almost 100% as well, strength hasn't come back completely but it will.

I love wall sits. I hold a few plates and use that as a drop set to finish off legs.
