Hello sexy stella...this sounds very easy in the morning...i hate having like 5 pans cooking on my stove at once so this will save me space

i dont think u need a waterpik unless u are a germaphobe...just floss real hard till u draw blood and then rinse ya mouth w/ listerine after

yes-very good-imo u need to get dead skin off your body...use scalding hot water and scrub till ya skin squeeks

Hey Naturalwonder

How can I get 6 repetitions out of a weight that I have only got for 5 the past four weeks? This is for bench press.

Diet(surplus with high protein) and supps (creatine, aminos etc.) is in order...

Any ideas?

In actual fact I have become stagnant in the squat also...

Is is true that the best way to clean your ears is with an ice pick and the best way to cut off ingrown toenails is with a chainsaw?

Gene does it ever bother you that so many public restrooms these days you can't even wash your hands in hot water because they are automated and only put out cold water?  Sometimes my hands are cold and I just want to wash them in warm water  >:(

Hello
First thing I would do is take a break from the bench and squat for about 2-3 weeks...switch to dumbell or machine press...and hack or leg press...give your body a break from it. Also work on your rotator cuff muscles and strenghting your stablizer msucles...bosu ball pushups, med ball pushups etc
Then when you come back I'd work on negative training and using static holds...for the negs get a good spotter or 2 and load a weight heavier than u use...then slowly lower and have your spotter lift the positive for you...do this for 2 or 3 sets of 6...the next week do your reg normal sets but on your last set have your spotter help u with a static hold...pick a heavier than normal weight and hold it in the top portion for as long as u can...then on the 3rd week go back to your normal lifting...in diet make sure u are eating enough good fats

please dont take offense stella that sounds really extreme...to be honest i only have begun cleaning my ears this past year...but i have found a paper clip stretched out straight works great andd u can really dig some gunk out...just be careful u dont dig too bad and draw blood

yes it is quite aggrivating...the cold does nothing for me and it feels like my hands are still dirty...i have just begun using the soap they have in there...my past thinking was after using the bathroom to pee my hands are clean cuz my body is clean but i ahve changed my mind after talking to some people in the medical field...but ill glady take frigid water over powedered soap ANY day of the week
