He's definitely stronger

,
but we differ on amount of reps,hes in the 4-6 range and I'm more 8-10 so it's good for both of us to mix things up.

First thing I would do is take a break from the bench and squat for about 2-3 weeks...switch to dumbell or machine press...and hack or leg press...give your body a break from it. Also work on your rotator cuff muscles and strenghting your stablizer msucles...bosu ball pushups, med ball pushups etc
Then when you come back I'd work on negative training and using static holds...for the negs get a good spotter or 2 and load a weight heavier than u use...then slowly lower and have your spotter lift the positive for you...do this for 2 or 3 sets of 6...the next week do your reg normal sets but on your last set have your spotter help u with a static hold...pick a heavier than normal weight and hold it in the top portion for as long as u can...then on the 3rd week go back to your normal lifting...in diet make sure u are eating enough good fats
please dont take offense stella that sounds really extreme...to be honest i only have begun cleaning my ears this past year...but i have found a paper clip stretched out straight works great andd u can really dig some gunk out...just be careful u dont dig too bad and draw blood
yes it is quite aggrivating...the cold does nothing for me and it feels like my hands are still dirty...i have just begun using the soap they have in there...my past thinking was after using the bathroom to pee my hands are clean cuz my body is clean but i ahve changed my mind after talking to some people in the medical field...but ill glady take frigid water over powedered soap ANY day of the week

but get this! I managed to increase my lifts to 6 this week! without help or anything

very happy with that

just goes to show.. stick through plateaus

I got more rest this week than usual. That may have helped

Gene I kina have more of a complaint than a question. The complaint is that I have noticed since you have become a MOD it seems like you are not on getbig enough. You are especially absent from the G O. It appears that your replies are usually just a smily face or a word or two aside from this ask Gene thread. What happened to the old Gene than constantly contributed by starting and replying to quality posts? And when do we get him back?
