Link to the original documents where the full name would be used , not "Gene" ..What legal reasons are the reason for the last name being blanked out? If there is a suppression order you wouldnt have any of his name ..is this you AXA ?  :D

theres thi guy in my town who just died, but he was awaiting trial for "rape" when he did die. it was a kinda big story... he "raped" his step daughter...or mayeb ti wa his daughter..or maybe it wasnt even a relative. i forget how he knew the girl. anyway, actually, the sex was totally consensual. but they call it a rape and charge him with a crime because the girl he was having sex with was....mentally retarded. i guess california law states that it is illegal and considered rape for anyone to fuck a retard. which basically means that its illegal for a retard to fuck anybody but another retard... which in essence means that the government is telling a portion of the population that they are confined to retard sex only.

whats your thoughts on this.
