I will probably have to get a new cell phone.  I don't want to sign a two year agreement because I might want to switch carriers down the road and spending a lot of money on a phone was not what I had planned on doing at this point.  I currently have a plan that is not even offered anymore and once I switch I can never get it back so I don't want to lose it until I am sure. 

  Do you know where I can get a cell phone cheap and use on my T-mobile plan?
