I recently started using a calendar/organizer to track my progress and plan my workouts.  Will this help me in my quest for abs by summer?

no calendar no organizer will give u the results unless u have the desire and passion

i spent months and months never missing a single cardio session, a single meal, never cheated when i wasnt ssupsoed to-and now my abs are still ripped to the bone...and i still enjoy waking up at 5 am to go jogging or do cardio in the gym 4-5 days week...gotta want it man

This morning in the car I was listening to the song 10000 Fireflies (no homo)...  The singer of that song reminds me of how I think you would sound and what you would write if you were a musician.
