I have to tell you... I'm completely acne free ever since I abandoned Gluten and Dairy.  I recommend this 100%, you won't regret it!!!

im acne too as well except for a tiny one above my eyebrow-it was caused when i ha dmy cheat meal of pizza on sat...it is tiny so its ok

Gene do you have any tips that can make your farts smell a bit better? take the tang out of them..

High protein diet gives me gas that could wake the dead they are so potent.  :-\

Gene,  I really miss those poetic memoirs you used to write.   As I lay my head on the comfort of my pillow at night I stare wide awake into darkness not knowing what tomorrow brings for me.  I eagerly await the next morning so I can caress the keys to unveil yet another day of the memoirs of gene.

just figure out how many cals u are eating to maintain...and do lots and lots of cardio all week so u burn tons and tons of fat

Thank you Gene. I am eating 2ce a day, one normal meal and a steak and veggie at night. Do you think it is too much ? I am asking because I drink about 1-2 liters of beer every night
