we are lifting differently now.he's been trying the core stuff thats kinda the craze now and I'm still an old school guy,deads,squats,and god forbid,flat barbell bench!

i do 1 day full body...rest of the days are old fashioned lifting-im getting ready for fireman test

with fucked up back, shoulders etc I am old school with moderate weights or light and higher volume and I honestly love it. You couldn't pay me to deadlift even if I'd start back when I was 15

I'm not a fan of deads but for me personally there is nothing better for back thickness.

i picture kiwis home country is similar to the scenery in avatar so maybe thats why he liked it-also kiwi seems really artistic and stuff so i think thats why he
love it.also i have seen movies b4 where i did not like the main character and i remember thinking similar thoughts but most times when i am bored in a movie it will just make you think about other things and every now and then i will ask people who im with questions about scenes so it looks like i am paying attention or sometimes i will close my eyes and get some rest

Meanwhile, you might want to Get some sour cream and onion chips with some dip, man, some beef jerky, some peanut butter. Get some Häagen-Dazs ice cream bars, a whole lot, make sure chocolate, gotta have chocolate, man. Some popcorn, red popcorn, graham crackers, graham crackers with marshmallows, the little marshmallows and little chocolate bars and we can make s'mores, man. Also, celery, grape jelly, Cap'n Crunch with the little Crunch berries, pizzas. We need two big pizzas, man, everything on 'em, with water, whole lotta water, and Funyons.
