 As I understand you and SF1900 will be lifting tomorrow. Now will Calvin be lifting too? Could you give us a list of exercises that you anticipate that will be performed or will the decision be made after the arrival of SF1900? If so could you give us a update after the workout?

Hey Gene, I feel bad for short people sometimes cause I'm sure they got little weiners and women laugh at them when they pull their pants down, nobody wants to be laughed at for having a small weiner, I mean God already made them short, then he kicks them when they are down and gives them little weiners.

Should I feel sympathy for these short guys or should I laugh at them like God did?

no clavin is not joining us-i think he works all day or something-i think were gonna do pullups tbars db rows pullovers and vbar pulldown

Well, i keep those in cases but i have four or five that i have not takin out of the box yet.  I have two officials that MICHIGAN uses and i would pick one of those.  I would use the Clemson ones too.

So, I walk into the locker room to throw water on my face. All of a sudden I hear someone say "excuse me, this is the womans locker room" I didnt process it. so, she screams louder "EXCUSE me, you're in the womans locker room" So, I turned around and saw 3 ladies standing there and looking at me. I was like "Oh, im sorry, I didn't have my glasses ::pulled glasses out of pocket to show them:: on, and walked into the wrong locker room. Sorry" I then quickly walked out of the locker room

great training w/ you as well! i was relieved u did not cut my throat in the parking lot after like i worried about-i look 4ward to monday

if doug worked out with us there would be no time for a stupid football to even be in the same area so it wouldnt be an issue

no that dumb loser don was not there to wreck things w/ my new getbig lifting friend

well i tried to get there early so i could observe SF1900 arriving to make sure he wasnt gonna murder me...and we soon met up by the seated calf-he was sitting on it so i wasnt sure if he finished using it or if he was just sitting on it...so we introced ourslves and then got to work...we began w/ pullups...then did tbar rows and i tried using 25 lb plates on it and i liked it...he drank a lot of water and had huge shoulders-i thought he had shoulder pads on!!! then we did some db rows, vbar pulldowns, and face pulls...then i did biceps and he went off to the bathroom and had an adventure in there...so then i finshed up and we went outside and i showed him my car-i was worried he would try to sit in it cuz he was all sweaty but luckily he didnt...then we talked about protein powder and he had to go home-i think the sunlight made the pimple on my cheek redder so he was grosses out-i got sad after because i wondered if we should have gone out to eat after-i was thinking to ask him about monday going out to eat but i dont think my cheat day will fall on monday next week so well see
