Gene, I am pretty stressed out about a few things which has pretty much killed my appetite. However, I've still been drinking my protein shakes and eating lighter foods. When I am stressed I can't tolerate big meals.

I feel like I have let down you, Doug Steele, Chaos, Mr. Nobody, Stella, and Newmom by not following a good eating plan today.  :'( :'( Gene, what do you think about this?

im sorry youre stressed but u cant let stress mess w/ your meal timing...im worried about my bicep but that hasnt stopped me from sticking to my diet

he feels it may be a partial tear

treat it w extreme care...no upperbody work till i find out whats wrong...it could just be a partial tear but i dont want to make it worse

Probably a slight tear from the sounds of it Gene, how big around is the bruise? the diameter of a soda can?

no pain when making a fist
i dont know about surgery-i gotta see the doctor tommorow

im sure they are loving my injury so i cant bother them in the gym around their big gym friends
