 I saw Chick's reply on another thread about Bee's he has no simpathy for your current condition. If a Bee gets in what are your plans for killing it? We know you are injured at the moment with a injury Bee's can be a concern.

mummy wrap came off today-arm is swollen but the bicep looks normal!!!
6 weeks till i begin rehab
now i need to work on range of motion in my arm
doctor said hes amazed at my strength i have in the arm

Gene, when you start lifting again, will you forgo other sports? You might want to avoid other sports while you're lifting to decrease the chances of injury. The more physical activities you engage, the more likely you are to injure something

i will go back to kickboxing when im healed-been doing it since i was 5-i kno what im doing-its the rookie that caused it
but what i will do when i come back is have more rest days and listen to my body better

 Gene now that bee season is over you may have to contend with mice they try to get in in colder weather, being injured and on medication they could sneak up on you. Maybe a mouse trap is in order with some cheescake as bait what is your plan?
