3 weeks till i begin rehab for my arm
range of motion is slowly coming back to my arm-swelling is gone, and no more oxys-but im keeping them for special occasions when i wanna feel good
my shoulder is sore and clicking-i still cant flex my left arm and touch my shoulder w/ my fingers...im working on it
still cant pick up anything heavier than soda can
still doing cardio in mornings-just walking on a tread at incline, still training abs, legs, calves, and my right arm for chest and forearms-not going heavy-but still being able to feel my whole chest working
im very lean which puzzles me-my hodyfat is lower than it was pre surgery

i have noticed more spiders as of late

Gene, i have been playing alot of Football and my Biceps Tendon is throbbing like a MOFO. What should i do?REST IT SO U DONT END UP LIKE ME

Hang in there Gene. Sounds like you maybe burning more calories than before spending more time on legs and cardio maybe why you are leaner. Has Don been around lately?

cardio is less intense than before
before i was running outside and doing interval sprints-now im just walking on a tread at incline
legs im just doing once week
diet has been ultra strict
not sure where don is-hopefully dead in a ditch

 With the onslaught of colder weather what is your suggestion on thermastat control to save on heating costs? also you having a injury you may need to keep it warmer or pain may set in. Secondly whats your recommendation on warming up a car before driving now you having a new one the times may vary versus a older car. Doug Steele doesnt have to worry about these things so they wont apply to him being he is always in warm weather.

i try not to use my heat until i go to bed at night-it saves money in the long run
yeah ive noticed the wather affects my arm-i hate it w a passion
u need to sit for 7 mins in the car to heat it up

He's not talking about Soho in NYC.he's talking about sono in CT. it's an area that has about 15 or so different types of restaurants and bars all walking distance to eachother.....all types of different foods from Irish,thai,German...
all types of bars from lounges to sports bars.
