What are you doing the gym now Gene? Legs or just taking a break?
hello
u can check my training log for my specifics
right now
im doing cardio(running outside or precor efx in gym) 3-4 days a week
lower body once a week(leg presses, lunges, ham curls, calves etc etc)
upper body once a week(light chest presses, wall pushups, band rows for back, tricep stuff, light shoulder stuff-trying to keep the bicep out of the exercise as much as possible w/ diff hand grips etc etc)
next week i plan on adding some diff stuff in like machine pullovers, light incline presses, etc etc
still staying lean...abs look better then they did b4 my injury i think
