arm is doing better-3 more weeks of therapy-by dec 1st i should be back to doing semi normal stuff in the gym

u can check my training log for my specifics
right now
im doing cardio(running outside or precor efx in gym) 3-4 days a week

lower body once a week(leg presses, lunges, ham curls, calves etc etc)

upper body once a week(light chest presses, wall pushups, band rows for back, tricep stuff, light shoulder stuff-trying to keep the bicep out of the exercise as much as possible w/ diff hand grips etc etc)

next week i plan on adding some diff stuff in like machine pullovers, light incline presses, etc etc

still staying lean...abs look better then they did b4 my injury i think

Sounds outstanding Gene keeps us informed. Now does presses, pushups etc give you pain in the torn bicep?

not in the bicep-thats the weird thing-only bit of mild soreness in the wrist area-because of the radial nerve being affected in surgery and the infection also made it very sore
im being very careful

Hey Gene how do you hold in your farts while squatting?

I think I ran off a couple of guys today that were in the leg area with my farts, should I feel bad or should they toughen up?

i try to step outta the room and act like im looking for something
if u need to fan the air just flap your towel all over and act like there is junk on it u need to shake off

I don't usually feel like I have to fart until after I get the weight on my back so it's not practical to rerack and step out. Even my workout partner leaves the area, who's gonna spot me when I have the farts Gene? :(
