100th post!!!!

Its been a long and arduous road but im officially ready to do the pullup contest lol now all i gotta do is crank out some pull ups

You better stick around for more than 100 posts now.   >:(

I'll be judging the pullup contest.  I dont know if Lift mentioned this to you or not, but clothing is optional, and I may reward extra points for nudity depending on the "quality" of the video.   :o

Send nude vids directly to Rip! She has however requested a "neutral grip pullup" for her own purposes.

lol "neutral grip" huh..im pretty sure its against gym policy to lift in the nude, but ill just tell them im someone important from getbig and im sure they will come around  ;D

btw things are lookin good in the pull up department and for anyone else competing lol that swinging style isnt as easy as it looks....

on the way down that tension and  momentum coming down is hard on your grip and forearms
