field training

im goin to be training for like 3 weeks out in the woods and i heard about taking kre-alkalayn to keep your size and strength so i was jus wondering if its true or what else  could do?

Unlikely.
Try to keep your protein intake up.  Do some bodyweight exercises - pullups from a tree limb, handstand shoulder presses with your feet against a tree, push ups, etc.  Maybe even some schmoe squats  ;D  Or, consider it a deconditioning phase and start on HST when you return.  You should be fine.

If there are vehicles around.
Push a vehichle foward then pull the vehicle backwards.
Amazing conditioning work out that works the entire body.
We did that when I was on a military camp many years ago to stay in shape
