I will tell you all this Milos is a very knowledgable man. Furthermore I back his theory on putting your body in an anabolic state while training He proved that with out a doubt his method of training is the best and I endorce his new line of supplements too they are great. MIlos what you did today was far more then any amount of money its good to see that pros are doing this type of thing for the up and commers I am in debt to you for what you proved today.

the tall one with a shaved head and goatee

not quite as massive as you but I'm working on it. Been using Milos' technique for two weeks now, just got over legs from Monday

Can you tell us which topics were discussed and what was done (training/posing?)
How many people do you estimate were present?
Were there sceptical people there and did everybody leave happy (new knowledge)

a little of everything while I was there, nutrition, training, Melvin/Armin posedown, Melvin talked a little about how to pose. I left before the demonstration started, previous engagement

Yes thank you Milos... thanks to everone on Milos's team. They were all there to push us support us and make sure we all walked away with new knowledge and a great experience.

Garreth thanks for pushing me through after my asthma almost put me put of the workout. Much harder than I thought it would be 13 exercises in a row for arms. 7 exercises in a row for shoulders.

Anyone who makes fun of the pink dumbells needs to try the entire giant set. They almost b*i*t*c*h*e*d me.

I'm already feeling bro... but still thanking you. Pain doesn't scare me but lack of oxygen does. I’m already giving thought to going to hiring Milos and having him punish me into submission more often.
