I was just wondering what you guys were using for your flaxseed product or if you use any at all?
how many grams are you supplementing a day on average?
i give you an example from todayfirst meal was chicken and some kind of high fiber cereal.. i put one tablespon or 5 grams falx seed into the cereal. next meal was ground turkey and beans. into that mix i put two tablespoons or ten grams. next meal same exact as last and another 10 grams of flax. next meal was back to chicken and that high fiber cereal and i put one tablespoon or 5 grams into the cereal. next meal was again same ground turkey and beans with 10 grams flax. thats how i use itbe sur to take some evening primrose oil or you will get omega 6 deficient and you will get dry eyes
