anything more than 2x full body per week is excessive!!!!!!!!
I don't care what anyone says about a full body routine being a beginner routine. It's the hardest way you can train. Just brutal. When I do full body routines I long for split routines.
Greg Plitt had a killer physique and he only trained once in his life
What a pathetic joke and even more pathetic reply.
here's the stats so far7x week - nobody unless i missed a respond6x week - 5 getbiggers!5x week - 9 getbiggers!4x week - 6 getbiggers!3x week - 8 getbiggers!2x week - 1 getbigger!1x week - no getbiggers!its interesting how common it is to hit the gym 3-4 times a week and yet only train one musclegroup per week, one would think that people who are more often at the gym would be looking for working a muscle group at least twice per week.so in theory, 1 person can be in the gym once a week and get as good or better result than someone who's at the gym 5-6 times in a week.(not taking into account other reasons for going to the gym as for cardio or just enjoying it or prefering a split over fullbody etc i also feel there can be a benefit in lifting every day rather than once a week as there may be something to be said for having your body work every or every other day)
4x a week... Monday- Legs Wenesdsay- ArmsFriday- Chest, shoulders, backSaturday- Arms5min treadmill before workouts 15-30min treadmill after (Full incline at 3.5mph for treadmill)5min stationary bike
The emphasis of your routine seems to be on arms. Why is this?
Friday looks a real em effer.
Whats this "training" thing that you speak of?
here's a question that never been asked before on getbig, for those of you who goes to the gym, how often do you train?
Anyone ever go from using heavy weight and low sets to moderate weight with more volume?
