Honestly for his size, he's pretty weak on those lifts. I know he's not a powerlifter but damn kid...pile on some plates and maybe those little legs will grow!

That's basically how i train my quads ... Hacks, Front Squat the extensions. except I do 3 sets of warm up extensions before hacks.
I hit my calves and hams on another day.
Big dude but baby legs, girly calves, arms too small for his chest and back, look like a big spider on stage.

I totally agree with you, his legs seem bigger in the video. If he puts everything together he can do some serious damage in the Pro rank. 8)
I really admire the way Silvio looks on his guest posing, he seems never out of shape, thumps up for him :)
