His bones in his spine have been replaced with a metal alloy. It weighs heavier than bone.

A guy on another forum posted his bodyweight and I called him out on it , he looked way heavier than what he claimed.

He PMd me and told me he lost both legs in Iraq and it was his weight without his prosthetics

 :(

It’s hard being a Getbigger. We monitor what nonsense is said and as such we have to call out inconsistencies.

Sometimes we are proven wrong.

It’s a thankless job.

All right, listen. The Terminator's an infiltration unit: part man, part machine. Underneath, it's a hyperalloy combat chassis, microprocessor-controlled. Fully armored; very tough. But outside, it's living human tissue: flesh, skin, hair, blood - grown for the cyborgs.

I hear so many people suggest that the Terminator can be bargained with ::) but it can't be bargained with, it can't be reasoned with. It doesn't feel pity, or remorse, or fear, and it absolutely will not stop. Ever.

Still bigger than 99% of getbiggers... and the man is 58 years old.
And he was lifting heavier CONSISTENTLY , AND, using more AAS than anyone on the planet for 10 years. So if anything, anyone should be absolutely amazed the man is still alive and lifting weight in the gym regularly. An absolute legend.

Great post.

I'm surprised that Ronnie can even still stand under his own strength and mobility.

He can’t.  During those exercises notice how he is leaning on the bar.

He does look like he may have lost up to 3" from his peak height of 5'10.75".

Bodybuilding came too easy to him.

Never had to use proper form to be successful.

Reminds me of Serena Williams playing overweight the years she has played.

If he loses his lower legs he can make up the difference with longer prosthetics.

Give her 12 months and it will look like someones pulled the ripcord on an inflatable dinghy.

Isn't Chicago huge? A Strongman friend told me that it took him two hours to drive south to north in Chicago. Is that true?

As for body weight, looks like I am 95-kg right now...but I am pleased to drop 20-kg.

Hey, it's a trade-off, right? Is it REALLY "not that bad" to be 185-lb naturally versus 155-lb, say for example? Wouldn't there be positive health benefits in walking around for years - decades even - carrying 30-lb less body weight?

Or maybe I'm just a major hypochondriac, and should go up to 100-kg. Next summer, maybe.  :)

from the very tip to very bottom, it's 25 miles.  City driving is slooow though

Yeah. She was always thick. When she was young she was athletic but thick and I thought she looked good.

Last 6, 7 years or so she could probably be considered clinically obese. Definitely overweight and without competitive sport to keep her in shape she's gonna blow up like a beached whale.

On another note.... I wish Ronnie would move on. Transform himself in another way, like Dorian.  Travel the world, meditate, get high on psychedelics or something find another passion.  Seeing him now is tough. Was so impressive back in the day. Sure 58 is older but its not old.

The GOAT, regardless. Don't forget: there will never be another.

Btw.... if you ever have a hard time getting motivated to get to the gym, just watch this vid.
