Sometimes I add avocado slice and a small piece of cheese.

Make about ten to twelve on a plate.

Heat them a little to melt the cheese a bit.

Try the Gouda Triscuits.  Awesome.

Since I reduced my salt intake, Lay's potato chips taste a little too salty to me.

I like Camembert or Brie on Triscuits or plain with tomato soup. They are one of the healthier crackers, loaded with fiber and low in calories and sugar.
